*The human body has three main systems that makes the body function correctly.Cardiac Muscle, Smooth Muscle, and Skeletal Muscle.
-Cardiac Muscle: is also known as the 'heart muscle'. Throughout our lifetime the heart beats about 70 times per minute and it also pumps 5 liters of blood during the duration of each minute. That's alot of blood that we produce, more than I can imagine. It also makes up the walls of the heart.
-Smooth Muscle: This muscle works without even asking your permission, which is why it's also known as the 'involuntary muscle'. This is what allows us to go to the restroom, keeps blood moving through our arteries, makes sure air gets to our lungs, and for females it helps them push out babies when it is that time.
Skeletal Muscle:This name speaks for itself. The skeletal muscle is the muscle that outlines the skeleton of our body. This one is known as the 'voluntary muscle'. A few muscles in the system are biceps, triceps, and deltoids, which are all located in your arm.
